Qualified and committed employees are one of the pillars of our company and are a significant factor in our success. Developing talent is therefore one of our core strategies. We support creativity and individual training, particularly in areas of core skill development. In 2009, our employees completed an average of 45 training hours each.
Our electronic Performance Management System documents individual development and this is discussed semi-annually during an employee review. The most up-to-date employee development methods, as well as training sessions and E-learning programs are used to enable effective learning.
