These  guidelines contain our General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
The details of the relationship we expect with our supply chain partners are contained in various other documents. The key document is our  Global Supplier Manual (GSM). The GSM contains proprietary information about Kautex so it is located on our password protected supplier portal. Also located on the supplier portal is information about packaging requirements and such matters as long term supplier declarations.
