Klaus Stein

Klaus Stein was born in 1954 in Germersheim, Germany. After completing his vocational commercial training and studying business management with a specialization in human resources and marketing, he was active for several years in distribution and other functions before devoting himself fully to human resource management. Klaus is married and has two children. He is an avid water sportsman.

Today:
Since he joined Kautex, Klaus has been responsible for all human resources related activity worldwide. Some of his main areas of concentration are human resource development, process standardization, Lean HR infrastructure and ethics & compliance. He is also the Senior Compliance Officer and member of the Textron Human Resource Leadership Team. Klaus Stein has been a member of the Verband Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. [German Association of HR management] and has been active as an honorary judge at the Labor Cort of Bonn for many years.
