Complaints? No problem!

We have handled complaints with our suppliers electronically via our Supplier Portal since January 2008. This reduces turnaround time and optimizes the process flow.

The portal serves as a platform for the direct handling of processes. In case of a complaint, the supplier will receive a message through the portal and can then process it directly online. In case of questions, local suppliers can contact the Supplier Development Engineering (SDE) department at the respective plant.
In addition, all suppliers have the option of loading their current certificates to the portal and to view their evaluation based on our monthly score cards.
