Edward J. Certisimo
Executive Vice President Finance
Edward Certisimo was born in 1952 in New Jersey/USA. He graduated from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ in 1974 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 1980 he received a Master’s degree in Finance from Rutgers Graduated School of Management. Before starting his career at Textron in 2001 Edward was holding several positions at Finance and Operations.
He is married and has two children.

As Executive Vice President, Edward is responsible for Kautex’s entire finance division. He is executive manager of Textron Verwaltungs-GmbH and a member of the Textron Finance Council.
